Professional Career:

Research legal issues in Asian developing countries with comparative approach, especially in the areas of dispute resolution systems and law and development. Plan and implement projects for academic exchange with foreign research institutions, including international seminars, international workshops and exchange of researchers. The recent biggest one was a three- year joint project in 2001-2003 titled 'Law, Development and Socio-Economic Changes in Asia' with legal institutions in China, Vietnam, India, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.
